Kathryn Bernardo officially launched as Pepsi Philippines’ Newest Ambassador; Follows her heart and love

“Handa na akong #SundinAngPuso Ko”, said actress and box office queen Kathryn Bernardo.

She was officially launced as the newest endorser of Pepsi Philippines, where she also joins her long time love team partner Daniel Padilla among other ambassadors in a special event last Saturday, February 8 at the Trinoma Mall in Quezon City. According to Kathryn:

Something that Daniel and I share is the belief that we should follow our hearts and do the things we love. Just go for it 100%! That’s why this year, I really told myself I’m going all-in. I’m thrilled to join Dandiel in encouraging people to do the same, as part of the Pepsi family.

Her unveiling as the new Pepsi endorser also happened along with the Manila leg of the Pepsi Taste Challenge. Other Pepsi Philippines endorsers who made an appearance for the public event were Pamela Swing, Alyssa Valdez, Keifer Ravena, Ricci Rivero, JinHo Bae and Mimiyuuuh. Musical guests for the event included Matthaios, Autotelic and SB19.

The event also featured some fun activities for guests including Pepsi-oke, a live vlogging challenge, a digital roulette.

Pepsi Taste Challenge

The Pepsi Taste Challenge celebrates Filipinos’ love for cola and dares them to challenge their preconceptions through a taste test in different cities around the country, to help find out whether people prefer the refreshing bold taste of Pepsi vs other cola brands. The next two legs for the Pepsi Taste Challenge is set for Cebu and Davao in the coming days.

“Kathryn embodies a refreshing personality which Pepsi represents,” said Gutzee Segura, Marketing Manager of Pepsi Philippines. “Like Pepsi, she has always been a crowd favorite. As a matter of fact, during our Pepsi Taste Challenge held in different countries around the world such as UK, France, Italy, and Australia, among others, most of the people picked Pepsi over the other cola brands.”
