So Where did the Death Star end up in in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker?

Here’s an interesting factoid, we all assumed that the remains of the Death Star ended up in Endor after Luke Skywalker and company blew it up in Return of the Jedi bu apparently thats all wrong.

According to a recent official Star Wars post, the Death Star did not end up in Endor but instead landed in the ocean moon of Kef Bir.

This little bit of information came from the social media post for Disney World’s Star Tours. Here’s what they posted online.

Passengers who board the Starspeeder 1000 never know where in the galaxy their pilot C-3PO and navigator R2-D2 will take them.

We’ve added flights to Jakku, Crait and even Batuu…

In the trailers for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, you caught glimpses of the ocean moon Kef Bir. All I can say at this point is that Starspeeders will be heading there soon

It also looks like Kef Bir would also be where the final battle between Rey and Kylo Ren. We already have seen two trailers where we see the two main characters doing their epic lightsaber duel in the wreckage of the Death Star.
