KOEI Tecmo Releases New Nioh 2 Trailer (PS4, 2020)

Check out this new Nioh 2 trailer which was released by KOEI Tecmo just around the same time for Tokyo Game Show 2019 aka #TGS2019

The official U.S. PlayStation blog debuted a new trailer for KOEI Tecmo Games’ Nioh 2 sequel game on Thursday. The trailer reveals the game’s PlayStation 4 release for early 2020, the yokai in the game, as well as the characters.

KOEI Tecmo Games Europe describes the original Nioh game:

In the dark, fantasy action RPG Nioh, players will traverse war-torn Japan as William, a blonde-haired swordsman whose background as a fierce warrior and seasoned knowledge of the blade allows him to survive in the demon-plagued land of the samurai. Players will face off against other samurai in epic sword battles and intense, multi-target engagements offering a level of difficulty that will truly test even the most hardened samurai’s skills, patience, and strategy.

Team Ninja is still the same studio that would be producing Nioh 2. Meanwhile, while you’re waiting for Nioh 2, you could go and pick up the Nioh: Complete Edition which is already out since November 2017.
