Marvel Comics is Teasing a New Event Starting December

Marvel Comics is teasing something cryptic again this week with a silhouette brandishing a sword much akin to He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.

The announcement was made Sunday by Editor-in-Chief C.B. Cebulski and Executive Editor Tom Brevoort at the D23 Expo.

The teaser also mentions that it “kicks off some of Marvel’s biggest events in 2020.”

This one-shot is also said to “shape the future of Marvel Comics into 2020 and beyond. From a single moment in the pages of the Dark Phoenix Saga to the events of Marvel Comics of today.”
