Batman and the Outsiders Announced with Dex Soy as Artist
Batman will be once again expanding his reach as he forms a new team of Outsiders with Black Lightning as the team leader.
It looks like this new team has a new mission and that is to deal with the things that the now deceased Brainiac deemed as a threat.
This team will be composed of Katana, Orphan, Signal, Black Lightning and Batman.
Red Hood and the Outlaw’s Dex Soy will be doing the interiors for the book while Bryan Edward Hill (Detective Comics) will be doing the scripts.
