Some Fan Art of Tom Cruise as Green Lantern
The Internet was buzzing with the reveal that at one point or another Tom Cruise was considered to play the role of Green Lantern.
The art above was done by artist Datrinti while the one below, sporting New 52 sensibilities was done by an unknown fan.
The Datrinti art looks like it was taken from the much-maligned Green Lantern movie which starred Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively.
We dont have any full confirmation that Cruise has moved on with his talks with Warner Bros. Pictures but we know that the studio is developing one, which was one of the reasons why Geoff Johns stepped down from his position.
