CW Announces Ruby Rose as Batwoman for Ongoing Series

CW just got bigger with the official casting of actress Ruby Rose as Batwoman for the Batwoman series.

Batwoman is the fiery vigilante who works with Batman to protect Gotham City from criminals. She’s also Kate Kane, part of the elite family of Gotham where Bruce Wayne’s mother also belonged.

One of the more popular things about Batwoman is her being a lesbian and a former lover of the “new” Question, Renee Montoya.

Rumor has it DC Comics was even prepared to have them married but at the laat minute copped out. Just like Batman and Catwoman.

Anyway, Batwoman’s introduction to the CWverse is a special one and will be the subject of this season’s crossover special between The Flash and Arrow.

Meanwhile some of the other Ruby Rose movies I can recommend include John Wick chapter 2 and this week’s The Meg.
