Birds of Prey Movie Rumored to Include Cassandra Caine and Black Canary

TheWrap reveals that Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn is expecting a lot of company with the upcoming Birds of Prey movie.

The Birds of Prey movie is currently filed under pre-production with the only talent cast in it being Margot Robbie who reprises her role as Harley Quinn from David Ayer’s Suicide Squad. Robbie is also a producer for the film which shows just how invested she is in the film.

The sources for the news dropped a few names for characters set to appear in the film.

Black Canary

Huntress

Renee Montoya

Cassandra Cain

Birds of Prey will be directed by Cathy Yan who gained acclaim for the film “Dead Pigs” which she wrote and also directed. She’s also the third female to join the DCEU .

No word yet if Birds of Prey would be the official title or DC has other titles when it plays in different parts of the world.
