New Fantastic Beasts 2 Still Offers Look at young Dumbledore and Newt Scamander

Entertainment Weekly has offered fans a new look at the upcoming film Fantastic Beasts 2: The Crimes of Grindelwald which stars Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander and Jude Law as the young Albus Dumbledore.

Though we dont have any context for what we’re seeing in this still, we get to see a younger Eddie Redmayne who plays Newt Scamander and an aged but still younger Jude Law as Gandalf Albus Dumbledore.

In this scene we can see that Redmayne’s Scamander is facing either a spell or a creature that will be a tough challenge for him and his fellow students at Hogwarts. Or this could also be that same thing that forced the Wizarding School to expell the magizoologist.

Arriving Nov. 16, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwaldis directed by David Yates, with J.K. Rowling, David Heyman, Steve Kloves and Lionel Wigram serving as producers. The film stars Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander, Jude Law as Albus Dumbledore, Johnny Depp as Gellert Grindelwald, Katherine Waterston as Tina, Alison Sudol as Queenie, Dan Fogler as Jacob, Ezra Miller as Credence, Zoë Kravitz as Leta Lestrange and Callum Turner as Theseus Scamander.
