ZenFone Max Pro M1 First Impressions
From out of the box I have to say that the phone is pretty light despite the finish they used for the product. My unit was colored Meteor Silver and look mad sexy without any bias. I’m very impressed with how they managed to fit such a powerful battery inside a light chassis. The rounded edges makes it comfy to carry around, something most of the current-gen of ZenFones have in common with each other.
The phone is also bigger than the ZenFone 5. Take a look below:
The screen comes in 5.99 inch Full HD+ (2160 x 1080) and Full-View IPS Panel, it also comes 450nits maximum brightness, 1500:1 contrast ratio. Lastly the ZenFone Max Pro also has an 85% screen-to-body ratio. This promises larger-than-life viewing experience whether you’re playing mobile games or streaming your favorite show.
You can also see that the technology they added in the display makes visuals look beautiful and more life-like. That’s all thanks to the Qualcomm TruPallete and EcoPix tech they put in this smartphone.
The camera also looks great, offering 13megapixels together with an extra 5 megapixel secondary camera to achieve the perfect “bokeh effect”. Take a look below:
Overall, the ZenFone Max Pro is promising. The biggest draw for this smartphone isn’t just the quality of photos or the longevity of the phone (even if you’re using mobile data the whole day), it’s the price. Imagine getting all this good stuff for the price of just Php 9,990.
Stay tuned for a more in-depth review of the ZenFone Max Pro M1.
