Who Knew Benedict Cumberbatch Could be a Great Spike Spiegel
Somebody with a lot of free time on their hands decided to mash-up Benedict Cumberbatch with Cowboy Bebop’s Spike Spiegel!
The guy’s a popculture icon a thousand times removed already because he’s played the following:
- Sherlock Holmes for the BBC series Sherlock
- Doctor Stranger in Marvel’s Doctor Strange
- Khan in Star Trek: Into Darkness
- Smaug in The Hobbit
While it may get a little weird at first, the look is definitely there. It would also be weird to have Spike have a rich and deep British accent.
Cowboy Bebop is a 26 episode anime TV series which debuted in 1998 featuring an ecclectic cast of characters with great backstories and tremendous appeal. It got one awesome movie which was released in the early 2000s too.
