Syfy’s ambitious TV series Krypton is slowly moving forward and we get our first look at the main characters for the series, Adam Strange and Superman’s grandfather Seg-El.

The series gives us a different looking Adam Strange too. He no longer looks like this…

and now he looks just like an average joe, complete with baseball cap. The interesting about this new Krypton trailer is that we get to see Adam Strange (played by Shaun Sipos) clutching Superman’s cape as he gets thrust decades before the birth of baby Kal-El in Krypton.

While we won’t be seeing Superman anytime soon, there’s always the possibility that they bring in the Man of Steel in one form or another. I mean hey, it already happened in CW’s Supergirl remember.

Krypton stars Cameron Cuffe, Georgina Campbell, Elliot Cowan, Ann Ogbomo, Rasmus Hardiker, Wallis Day, Aaron Pierre with Ian McElhinney, and it will premiere on Syfy Wednesday, March 21.
