Winter Soldier Getting Vibranium Arm in Avengers: Infinity War

In a recent interview, Anthony Russo of the Russo Brothers, has discussed some new stuff for the Winter Soldier aka Bucky Barnes by the time Thanos’ forces invade Wakanda in Avengers: Infinity War in the form of a new vibranium arm.

In an interview with Express UK, Russo had this to say about Bucky and his new vibranium arm.

For everyone who’s seen Captain America: Civil War, they know Bucky was taken in by T’Challa in Wakanda. I think that, you know, we catch back up with him after he’s been there for a while. And if there’s an influence on his arm, it may perhaps have to do with that country that he’s been spending time in.

If you remember how Captain America: Civil War ended, Bucky’s (Sebastian Stan) metal arm was violently seared away from him by Iron Man in the film’s final battle.

Then in the same film’s mid-credit scene, we see Bucky going back to cryo sleep to avoid causing more damage with his trigger words exposed thanks to Zemo.

Whatever Russo was implying, it definitely aligns with a possibility of Bucky Barnes getting a massively improved vibranium arm as he joins not-Captain America and Black Panther as they protect Wakanda from Thanos and his evil space alien army.
