A NEOGaf member by the name of Ryce “leaked” possible information regarding the roster for the upcoming game Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite and there seems to be not a single mutant in it. Not even Wolverine or at least X-23 in Wolverine’s costume.

So according to Ryce, there are a lot of staples from the previous games that didn’t make it into the “leaked” Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite roster and one of the unfortunate casualties happens to be Wolverine.

The unknown character could be anyone but the individual responsible for this juicy rumor believes that this could be Frank West.

Ryces claims that the Rocket/ Groot was verbatim so it could mean either you’ll be playing a two-in-one character like how Captain Commando or Tron Bone works or its either of the two.

There will be DLC characters too which will include Sigma from the Megaman X franchise…

… and Venom from Marvel.

No details yet on the additional four other characters but it’ll be awhile before we get to the release so, all we have to do is wait.
