Five months since her inclusion in the cast of the film ‘Black Panther’ fans were left wondering who ‘Doctor Who’ alum Letitia Wright would be playing and during this week’s CinemaCon, we finally get confirmation that she is indeed playing Shuri.
The actress has appeared in several film and TV projects including the aforementioned ‘Doctor Who’, ‘Humans’, ‘Cucumber’, ‘Top Boy’ and ‘Holby City’.
Shuri (Black Panther)
Shuri is the princess of Wakanda and is the younger sister of current Black Panther, T’Challa. Her first appearance as Shuri happened in Black Panther # 2 (2005) where she played supporting character for a number of issues.
