Converse Philippines Pits the Best of the Best for the Face-Off #OOTD

Converse Philippines unveiled their new collection with the help of Philippine Daily Inquirer and some of the top designers in the Philippine fashion industry during the Converse Faceoff #OOTD.

The event was held at the Shangrila Mall’s new East Wing and was attended by celebs, media and of course the blogging community.

The event was pegged at around 6:30 but started at 7:30 ish, which was totally fine. Sometimes you need to wait for certain people or guests to arrive. We’ll talk about/ feature said people in a bit. Meanwhile when the event did start we got to meet the host, PDI’s reigning queen of fashion and extravagance, Tessa Prieto Valdes and some model dude I didn’t get the name (sorry model dude).

Prior to that they also unveiled the first salvo of designs which feature one or more products from Converse including their new collection of sneakers and footwear for 2017.

They also called on stage PDI’s Marixi Rufino Prieto to talk a bit about the collaboration between them and Converse Philippines and they also called out the presence of Kapuso stars Benjamin Alves and Julie Ann San Jose (who were also the social media darlings/ winners for the event with their stylish looks).

Those are totally nice trophies they handed out to those celebs.
