Entertainment Weekly Gets Ready to Defend with the Defenders Issue

It’ll be a little while longer before fans could savor and enjoy Netflix’s The Defenders but it looks like Marvel is already starting to hype it up right now. Check out all the stuff that Entertainment Weekly has released this week.

First thing we need to know is how the team gets together. Knowing that each of these guys prefer to work on things by themselves, its really hard to see how they suddenly team up and become The Defenders.

Each Defender has arrived separately at the offices of Midland Circle (a name that should sound familiar to Daredevil fans as the shady operation behind a giant, literal plot hole in season 2), and none of them expected to cross paths. But before they can properly meet and greet, the four have wound up trapped in the middle of a corridor and must brawl their way past a group of enemies.

The EW issue featuring the Defenders also thrusts Iron Fist/ Danny Rand into a whole new light as the ‘team’ takes on the mystery and even The Hand.

Danny Rand is the one that knows really what’s going on. He knows how serious the situation is. Danny Rand, he’s the one that kind of drives the group to get **** done, really.

We’ll definitely delve deeper to this TV series the moment we get this. We’re also psyched to see IRON FIST and we’ll finally finish our LUKE CAGE review sometime next week.
