Marvel Reintroduces X-Men Blue Team & X-Men Gold Team after ResurrXion
Marvel.com announces or rather reintroduces the X-Men Blue Team and X-Men Gold Team as part of the books that will be released during the events of ResurrXion.
Marvel did the article together with X-Men editors Mark Paniccia and Daniel Ketchum who were more than happy to share bits and pieces about the returning status quo for the X-Men.
So taking in all the juicy bits from their interview with Marvel.com, Paniccia and Ketchum seem to be hinting that Inhumans vs X-Men or IVX will end with a good tone for the mutants heroes. And now that they don’t have to worry about extinction as a species anymore, they now can focus on the heroic stuff, something that has been lacking since I dunno, Utopia I guess.
Marvel has been obvious with the words they are using when threading about the subject of X-MEN BLUE and X-MEN GOLD avoiding some various terms that would make Fox rush to the bank. But they sure are showing what they have been planning for years with regards to these characters who ‘protect a world that hates and fear them.
The X-Editors also promised that people will be talking about the roster for the book for years to come; hinting a possibility of getting a mix of old and young X-Men members. There’s also a huge chance that the school will once again open its doors to young mutants whose powers have only manifested.
Unless mutants are now the Earth’s only “Inhumans”
