Sadako vs Kayako Teams Up with Hello Kitty

The upcoming horror film Sadako vs Kayako has gone through different promotions but for us, this one takes the cake.

The film has tied up with Sanrio to release limited edition products featurimf Hello Kitty as Sadako climbing up of the well made famous from that scene in The Ring.

Meanwhile Kitty’s twin sister Mimmy plays Kayako complete with long hair. This was made famous in The Grudge.

Sadako v Kayako will open in Japanese theaters June 18 but Sanrioland will be giving away promotional items starting June 4.

Products up for grabs include notepad, clear file, sports towel, ballpoint pen, mini tote bag, postcard set, and keychain.
