Channing Tatum Joins Kingsman: The Golden Circle

It’s official. Channing Tatum has been added to the cast of Kingsman: The Golden Circle in an unspecified role.

Tatum made the announcement on his Twitter and Instagram page which looked like this:

Tatum will be joining old cast members like Taron Egerton who plays Eggsy, Mark Strong with a rumored appearance of Colin Firth’s Harry Hart. The Magic Mike and 22 Jump Street star joins the ranks of new casts including Halle Berry, Pedro Pascal, Sir Elton John in an undisclosed role, as well as returning Kingsman Edward Holcroft.

My money’s on Tatum being the leading field agent for Statesman, the US counterpart of the British Kingsman. He could even be the secret villain/traitor for all we know. This isn’t far-fetched either because director Matthew Vaughn and writer Mark Millar are known to do these tricks.
