Thor Odinson Returns But Not Really in Thor # 6 Preview

Marvel releases a preview for Thor # 6 which features the return of the the real Thor, Thor Odinson who’s been missing-in-action since Secret Wars began.

Problem is with Thor Odinson’s return is that it’s not really a return but a throwback, or as CBR and Marvel put it, a Throwback Thors-day.  IKR.

The book is still guided by Jason Aaron’s writing with art by Russell Dauterman, Rafa Garres. It’s still priced at $3.99 too.

THROWBACK THOR’S DAY!

• A special tale of young Thor adventuring in the age of Vikings!

• Meanwhile, LOKI conjures up a dark and powerful new enemy: VIKING HULK

• Guest artist RAFA GARRAS brings SAVAGE NORSE ACTION because YOU DEMANDED IT!

Yeah, well I’m not too pleased with the fact that it was merely a teaser and that nowhere in the synopsis did they say anything about Thor Odinson really making his big Marvel return. Won’t lie though, the Jane Foster Thor stories and appearance still manage to amaze me. Can’t we have two different Thors then? I mean last I checked, Unworthy Thor had his own mjolnir, which he used to battle the Beyonders before Secret Wars.
