After going raw with Chef Sonia Astudillo from January to April, students now get to discover how to use locally sourced certified organic gluten-free flours and substitute these together with other healthier ingredients to make wonderfully healthy and yummy baked goods. It is a challenge to come up with decadent, moist, chewy and delicious baked goods with these flours and no refined sugars but Gina has done her homework and experimented on combinations and proportions.

She shares “It has always been my passion to create delicious foods using wholesome ingredients. Baking is one of my favourite past times and I’m excited to share this with Healthy Eats’ audiences. Our customers are always eager to learn how to use the ingredients we sell and this is a great opportunity to do so.”
