The First Teaser for the Supergirl/Flash Crossover Episode “World’s Finest”

As we are mere weeks away from the Flash/Supergirl episode entitled “World’s Finest”, DC Entertainment and CW releases the first trailer for the crossover event of the year.

Synopsis:

“Worlds Finest” – Kara gains a new ally when the lightning-fast superhero The Flash (Grant Gustin) suddenly appears from an alternate universe and helps Kara battle Siobhan, aka Silver Banshee, and Livewire in exchange for her help in finding a way to return him home, on SUPERGIRL, Monday, March 28 (8:00-9:00 PM) on the CBS Television Network. Grant Gustin crosses over as The Flash.

Its interesting that they did the crossover episode within the second season of The Flash when viewers are kind of attuned to multiversal mayhem. We’ve already seen Barry Allen (Gustin) visit Earth 2 for a two-part adventure and his season-long villain, Zoom, is also apparently a citizen of Earth 2.

So introducing Supergirl doesn’t hurt viewers’ collective heads.
