Boruto Manga is Definitely Happening Sooner than we Expect
Thanks to a new teaser from Shonen Jump, we’ve got our first look at the manga’s art style.
December last year was when we first heard of the new saga for Masashi Kishimoto’s hit manga and anime franchise. Back then we only had that announcement on Jump plus the movie The Last – Boruto the Movie.
More details have popped out of the woodwork. We’ve already seen the one-shot manga for Naruto and Hinata’s son Boruto (if you haven’t click HERE) and got to meet his team consisting of Sasuke and Sakura’s daughter Sarada and Orochimaru’s son Mitsuki.
Shonen Jump will then run an ongoing manga with Boruto as the lead written by game designer and novelist Ukyo Kodachi (Macross Frontier, Mobile Suit Gundam AGE). Illustrations would be done my Mikio Ikemoto who also happens to be Kishimoto’s assistance.
On the english speaking end, Viz has went on the record that both the one-shot and the monthly manga will get an English version that comes along with the English trans of Shonen Jump.
The notice hypes volume 24 of the Konoha Hyakuyoubako edition of the manga, out on March 11th, and promises a new heroic tale in a new world of ninja, with Kishimoto at the center of a great creative team.
