Rick Remender Confirms Deadly Class TV series is “Dead”

Deadly Class creator and executive producer Rick Remender has officially called the death of the Deadly Class TV series after it got axed by Syfy.

The series based on the Image Comic of the same title ran for one season and starred Deadly Class stars Benedict Wong, Benjamin Wadsworth, Lana Condor, María Gabriela de Faría, Luke Tennie, Liam James and Michel Duval.

The season ends with the class becoming the target of the Mexican cartel after taking out Chico. Remender adds that the book and the series was so in-synch that he believes new readers can just jump to the book and continue the story.
