Here’s what not to do when campaining. Stick your campaign material on a helpless dog.
The photo was posted on Facebook by Joshua Apundar and he said:
Tao kayo pero ugali nyo hayop kung ano ano pinaggagagawa nyo sa aso nananahimik yung aso kung ano ano nasa isip nyo.

There really should be done to penalize whoever is responsible for doing this to the dog (at this point though it could be anybody).
