Here’s a Teaser for Space Jam 2

Springheel Entertainment, the company that will coproduce Space Jam 2 starring LeBron James has tweeted a sort of teaser for the film.

Really not much to go by other than James wearing a Tune Squad Jersey together with Bugs Bunny and Lola Bunny. The teaser did not give fans a release date for the film though.

Here’s what Springheel Entertainment wrote on the tweet.

It’s good to know also that they would be bringing back Lola Bunny. The character made a lot of fans back with the first Space Jam movie. She also sends a positive vibe about diversity in an otherwise male dominated franchise. Like who’s the only other female lead level is there with the Looney Tunes? The only one I can think of is Tweety’s owner.

No word yet on whether Bill Murray would be in the movie too.

Black Panther director Ryan Coogler will produce the film while Terence Nance will direct the film.

Space Jam 2 is slated for release July 16, 2021.
