Xiaomi’s Return of the Comeback is Lit with the Redmi 5 Plus and Redmi 5A

Xiaomi went away with whimper sometime ago but the smartphone brand is back and ready to kick ass with their two new phones, the Redmi 5 Plus and the Redmi 5A.

The Philippines had been very receptive with the brand ever since it was established and started operating here in the country.

 

2016 sure was an awful year for Xiaomi as they had to close shop but now they’re back. John Chen, Xiaomi’s overseas business development manager is saying that they are “building confidence” once more. Chen also admire’s the Filipino market’s vibrance.

The Redmi 5 Plus will be coming into the market with a price of P9,990. While the more budget friendly version will be available for only P4,590. Its also going to be out this week beating Huawei’s upcoming Nova 2 Lite.
