Jean Grey Gets New Costume and New Team in X-Men: Red

December’s just a few weeks away and that means Jean Grey is coming back to the Marvel Universe in next month’s Phoenix Resurrection: The Return of Jean Grey and now we’ve got a new look at her new costume and a new team book called X-Men: Red announced as well!

These two bits of information were dropped with Marvel’s new video content called “Jena Grey Through the Years” on Youtube. You can watch the video below:

The video was a quick guide to the different looks Jean had since her first appearance in X-Men # 1 all the way to her upcoming re-emergence in Phoenix Resurrection: The Return of Jean Grey.

Now Let’s Talk about X-Men: Red

So the X-books will be getting a third color themed book called X-Men: Red which features Jean Grey and her new team of X-Men. We don’t have the roster yet nor the team’s direction. But we do know now that when issue # 1 comes out the Phoenix Force host will be sporting a new costume which looks heavily armored.

I have nothing but praises for Tom Taylor who also did All New Wolverine and Mahmud Asrar who worked on Wolverine and the X-Men before. So all we should be waiting for now are the members of Jean’s team.
