Halston Sage Rumored to Play Dazzler in X-Men: Dark Phoenix

Rumor has it that 20th Century Fox may have found its Dazzler in Orville star Halston Sage.

The first clue that she could make an appearance in Dark Phoenix was from a post from Omega Underground. In that post (which has already been taken down) it shows the current official cast headshots with their roles at the bottom. Sharp-eyed followers and visitors were quick to note that the name Dazzler was written at the bottom of Sage’s photo.

Second clue that confirms Halston Sage’s involvment in the Simon Kinberg film was her presence together with the cast during a recent Hans Zimmer concert in Montreal.

Why is Montreal important? Because that’s where X-Men: Dark Phoenix is currently shooting. Even Jessica ChastainJessica Chastain casually mentions Montreal during the announcement that she has joined the project.

Worth noting, Sage and Tye Sheridan who plays young Scott Summers aka Cyclops has worked together before on the zombie film Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse.

So if this rumor IS true, is Sage a good pick to play the role of Dazzler?
