Nothing much to write about ‘cept maybe that FHM states that no animals were harmed during the shoot. Well here’s what the magazine’s website had to say:

Needless to say, Rhian Ramos was the perfect Cover Girl for the 2016 100 Sexiest issue.

Seven years of wooing, an 81-spot jump in this year’s list, one butt photo—the timing couldn’t have been better.

But alas, we just entered a new month, which means that there is a new Cover Girl among us. And we’re pretty sure you all will be delighted anew with who we have in store for you this August:

Solenn Heussaff returns to FHM after first appearing on our cover way back inMarch 2011. Her sophomore appearance also comes on the heels of her summer wedding with longtime boyfriend and luckiest dude alive Nico Bolzico, which makes this particular stint extra special.

In fact, their union might be the key to our own, sexy reunion with Solenn—only this one serves as her way of proving a point.

Solenn explains in the interview: “I think some people perceive marriage as something that will lock you down. They think that once they tie the knot, that’s it. They can’t do this. They can’t do that. For me, that’s the most annoying thing.”

When people interview me now, they often ask, ‘Ngayong nagpakasal ka na, titigil ka na ba sa trabaho?’ Marriage is not supposed to be the end of your life.Marriage is not supposed to be suicide. People need to know that—if they do get married, you and your spouse should still need to respect each other’s own lives.”

The photo shoot could very well be described as a fortuitous event, with Solenn vowing earlier to “never do a sexy magazine again.” Until people started talking…

“I felt that all they were doing was associating me with the fact that I was married. It’s just a status that’s part of my personal life and it doesn’t need to be the main point of discussion. So I decided to break away from how people perceived me by just doing it! I told myself that I’ll do another FHM cover shoottapos itotodo ko so they can just effin’ shhuuussshh,” she laughs.

Guess we have to thank all the traditional folks who pestered this month’s muse into disproving an impression when one gets hitched. As for Solenn, we couldn’t be more honored to be her chosen medium.

Just so we’re perfectly clear: FHM used fake fur in the pictorial. No real live animals were hurt or killed in the process.

This month’s issue is as diverse as its multi-hyphenate Cover Girl, with stories onEly Buendia as local rock and roll’s savior and putting together a weapons-grade crate, among other man features.

FHM August 2016 is now available in supermarkets, convenience stores, newsstands, and bookstores nationwide!

I’m still having mixed emotions over the tonal shift for FHM Philippines, but if thats what’ll keep their boat afloat. Also Solenn Heusaff looks gorgeous. Still wishing her career would go “Boom” but in case that it wont grow to where it is right now, she’s still a hottie!
