So what’s the scoop?

Fraghero adds new material to the rumor mills citing a source who claims to be a close friend of a former employee of Rockstar games. According to the site’s source, Red Dead Redemption 2 has been secretly in production for 4 years now and will allegedly be called Red Dead Redemption: Legends of the West.

Other details provided in the anonymous email suggest that there would be one main protagonist for the game and will also be set in much bigger open world. How big? We’d like to put in our two cents for this rumor and say that it’ll be slightly bigger than GTA V.

There was also talk of an HD remake for the Playstation 4 and the Xbox 360 which we here at thefanboyseo.com would snap at instantly (just so long as it also has Undead Nightmare).

The website also did a bit of detective work and found out that (a) Strauss Zelnick, CEO of Take-Two, has confirmed that both Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption are permanent titles that will be getting new games once in a while.

And (b) a former employee of Rockstar/ Take Two, Danny Ross, went on a Reddit AMA and was asked about the next projects under Rockstar. His reply was cryptic and interesting. He goes:

If you read the first letter for every word, it spells out RDR2.

As for me, I’m good as long as we get something that could level or even surpass that amazing moment in the game where Marston travels to the game’s version of Mexico with an amazing soundtrack blaring in the background.
